Recruitment Procedure

We avoid overtime as much as possible and require a significant concentration of work within the statutory working hours. So we mainly evaluate responsibility, teamwork, and growth potential.

After a probationary period of 25 million won, the salary is determined by the evaluation of the CEO and SV. After 6 months of employment, you will negotiate your salary through an interview every January. This is evaluated based on the quality of the image or the speed of work, not on experience.

If you have worked for more than 2 years, you can mix working from home and at the head office up to 2 days a week. If you have worked for more than 3 years, you can only work from home. However, this can be adjusted according to individual growth speed and ability.

Managers with SV positions manage schedules and tasks meticulously through a business program, so you can keep work-life balance without working overtime or on weekends. However, if you determine that a mistake by a worker can significantly affect the project schedule, you need an active attitude and a sense of responsibility to solve it.

The average annual salary of all employees is currently over 40 million won. However, until your skills and sincerity are verified, your salary may be evaluated lower than your experience.
